Hosting a WCCC Race Weekend – New Requirements for 2025-26

• If your school would like to host a Mountain Weekend, Road Weekend, or both, please complete the required information on the spreadsheet below.  

• Please be advised that if you need to reschedule your event after the July and October deadlines have passed, you must contact the WCCC director before making any changes to your event. The director will help you navigate changing your event.

• New this year: Teams are highly encouraged to use BikeReg for registration. They should also designate a pre-event meeting time, at least 3 weeks before the event, to answer questions and discuss expectations of a WCCC race host. Additionally, the WCCC director is available at any time to answer questions and provide guidance.
