New Requirements for 2026–27
BikeReg strongly encouraged: Teams are highly encouraged to use BikeReg for all race registration.
Mandatory pre‑event meetings:
First meeting: ~1.5 months before your event
Final meeting: At least 3 weeks before your event, by which time all event details must be finalized and published
Additional meetings may be scheduled as needed to answer questions and review expectations.
New for 2027: Gravel Racing Added
Gravel racing will be a full, parallel discipline to Road beginning in 2027.
Gravel events follow the same hosting process, deadlines, and expectations as Road Weekends.
Schools may host Road, Gravel, or both.
Director support: The WCCC Director is available at any time to provide guidance throughout your planning process.
Rules & regulations: Please review current USAC rules. The WCCC Tech Guide is your primary reference for navigating requirements and expectations for hosting.
