Hi everyone,

First, a big shoutout to all the teams that raced at Track and MTB Nationals this fall. Congratulations! We are all incredibly proud of you.

If you have any good photos from those events, please send them my way. I'd love to feature them on the WCCC website and Instagram.

FALL MTB SCHEDULE

The updated Fall MTB schedule is listed below, and registration is now open for most events.

1. Oct 17–18 — UC Berkeley (Grass Valley, CA)
   Registration

2. Oct 24–25 — Chico State (Quincy, CA)
   Registration

3. Oct 31–Nov 1 — Southern Oregon (Ashland, OR): Canceled 

4. Nov 7–8 — San José State (La Grange, CA)
   Registration

5. Nov 14–15 — UC Davis (Napa, CA)
   Registration

6. Nov 21–22 — UC Santa Cruz — Conference Championships (Santa Cruz, CA)
   TBD

A reminder: you must race in the category on your USA Cycling license. Racing in the incorrect category can result in consequences from USAC. If you believe your license shows the wrong category, follow the link below for instructions on submitting an upgrade request: Link

SEA OTTER CLASSIC: COLLEGIATE CORNER CAMPING

Big news! We've worked out a discounted campsite with Sea Otter. Welcome to the Collegiate Corner, where you can pitch your tent alongside collegiate teams from coast to coast.

Here's what you need to know:

- Cost: $100 per night for a tent space of about 10x10 ft

- No night minimum: Stay as many nights as you like (other campgrounds at the event require a 3-night minimum)

- Arrival: As early as Wednesday night

- Departure: By Sunday afternoon

- Location: On top of the hill overlooking the infield

To reserve your spot, email Kathy Pruitt at Email with your team name, the number of tent spaces you need, and your arrival and departure dates.

CYCLOCROSS NATIONALS

If you or your team are planning to attend Cyclocross Nationals this fall, please email me so we can get you squared away for the event.

SPRING ROAD AND GRAVEL CALENDAR

Road and gravel events must be submitted to the WCCC calendar no later than the end of the Fall MTB season. The sooner you submit your preferred dates for spring, the better chance we have of giving you your first pick.
