MTB Mass-start Petition 

Nationals Qualification Petition Instructions

Overview

WCCC has two collegiate MTB race weekends before Nationals this year. If you plan to attend Nationals, you may petition to count a domestic event as one of your three required qualifying starts—provided you currently hold a qualifying category for your intended Nationals event.

Eligibility Requirements

All of the following must be met to file a petition:

1. The domestic event must be USAC-sanctioned

2. You must have been in a qualifying category at the time you raced the domestic event

3. The domestic event took place within six months of MTB Nationals start date, OR you participated in Kenda Cup as a collegiate racer

4. Your petition must be submitted by 11:59 PM on September 30, 2026
